Thanks for all the best wishes

I'd just like to say thanks for all the best wishes everyone has sent and to just say that while I still feel like I'm in a fog most of the time, I am getting better.

Anyway, I'm not going to try to be witty or funny right now, but instead I'm just going to lie down and get some sleep. Take care everybody!
