It never rains but it....snows?

So far we've had three days of torrential rain, then torrential freezing rain/hail, and now we are into big wet sloppy snowflakes. I really felt we were in for a big winter this year, but this is still a bit ahead of schedule.

And people wonder why our Halloween costumes usually incorporate a parka in the design. Oh well, at least its good for the water table.

Snow was threatened here too, last night, and a bit tonight, but the weather improved a bit and we just got fog and rain. I agree. I think we're in for a long winter. I hate snow!
