It's dhoti weather

I went out early to get my groceries so I could avoid the worst part of the heat. Wasn't completely successful but better to be getting home at noon instead of just heading out.  Not much to report other than its hot and I'm feeling blah in the heat. There's a possibility that I might head out to check out the local community day but that depends on the temps. If its still hot I might just say the heck with it and just spend the evening wringing my Stratocaster's neck instead.

In other news I may have just won a small camera tripod through my work. Well see if it shows up or not. If it does, then that's something I've been looking at getting that I can cross of the list. If it doesn't, then it doesn't.

And in the unfortunate department I have no idea what was on fire this afternoon but given where the smoke seems to have been coming from I'm thinking it was a car. If it was I sure hope nobody was in it.
