Hmmm. Who are the best of the best for that? Here are some of my nominations for best vocal partnerships:
Pink Floyd - I think David Gilmour is the better singer, but Roger Waters has more pure emotion. The Beatles - Your right, Lennon and McCartney (and Harrison) do sound very similar at times. More Ringo, I say! The Eagles - Did that band have any members who didn't sing lead on at least one hit? BNL - Am I the only one who wonders if they can be as good without Steven? Ed is awesome, but something is missing. Fleetwood Mac - How did I forget Fleetwood Mac here? How!?! KISS - A bit of a dark horse nominee but Simmons and Stanley work really well together vocally, I think. Bachman-Turner Overdrive could also deserve a nomination but they have the same problem as the Beatles...only worse! I can't hear any difference between Turner and Bachman.
